Due to several privacy issues, Discount Milwaukee Massage LLC in instituting a new privacy policy. Starting 11/1/15, only the person receiving the massage will be allowed into office. If someone is with you but is not recieving a massage, they must wait outside for you.

Hello. Just so that everyone is aware, a 60 minute massage is actually 55 minutes to allow a few minutes at the end to get dressed and things. For a ninety minute massage, it is 85 minutes of hands on time. Time starts at scheduled time. For example, if you have a 1:00 appointment, your massage starts at 1:00 and ends at 1:55 whether you are in trafic, just walking in, filling out paper work, etc. If you are not on time, that will be taken from the length of your massage in order to keep us on schedule for the next client. Due to the high amount of Groupons that we sell, we are typically booked up for a week or two at a time. In the past, we have allowed people to use expired vouchers if they book before the expiration date. However, recently we have been flooded with people calling a few days to a week before their vouchers expire trying to get in. Effective April 1st 2015, there will be a charge of $15 dollars if you book with an expired voucher. We would strongly advise not to wait until right before it expires to try to book. Hi everyone! Just wanted to inform you all about our policies concerning Groupons. First of all, groupons are for first time new customerf s ONLY! So if youve been here before and want to return, you have to pay the cash price offered at end of your initial massage. Also, it is one voucher per person. So if you have a voucher for 2 one hour massages or 2 ninety minute massages, that means it is for one person to come twice and not  for two people on one. In addition, we require the 7 or 8 digit voucher code, found under the bar code of the groupon, to be given at the time the appointment is booked. Your appointment is not officially booked unless we have that code. I hope this clears up some of the misunderstandings we have encountered from customers. Have a wonderful day:)
